65 and counting . . . down. . .

65 lbs. . . left behind. . . um. . .and counting.
Minor set back as I have been jogging three times per week, my back decided it was a lot.  So my lower back is out (yes, OUCH) but I will not be deterred.  There are many ways to get out and move and I intend to go through them ALL if necessary.
