The beautiful country of Denmark

Spent the last week in Denmark and remembered how much I love it there. I happen to work for a company with it's worldwide headquarters there so I have been there probably every two or three years for the last twenty.

Not much has really changed in the last twenty years... And I think that's what I love about it. It is beautiful and peaceful but you can get just about anything we're used too...yes, even Subway sandwiches, although I didn't see a Starbucks I am sure they have a few.

Some things I really appreciate there are:
1. A commitment to family
2. Almost no crime - when something happens people are really shocked.
3. Great coffee (you knew I checked that out)
4. The very best breads and good food in general. (step away from the herring .. They serve it every way imaginable).

Anyway, somehow I didn't get great photos -could be because we never saw any sun this week. Here are a few if Aarhus, my favorite town there.

Glad to see you're back on line, and back from DK. Brad.

Hi Mike,

Nice to hear that you like "my" country.

You're right about Starbucks, i think we only have two (T2 and T3 in CPH):

So if you arrive in Kastrup on your next visit to Aarhus you might be able to get yourself a cup of cofee that taste almost like home :-)
